Comedy Special: Cathy Ladman on Growing Older on The Tonight Show

Cathy Ladman is a 67-year-old American stand-up comedian, television writer, and actress. She was featured in her own installment of HBO's One Night Stand comedy series, and has been a guest on The Tonight Show on nine occasions.

We've featured her stand-up comedy five times previously, and now we found a new video clip of her commentary on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. In this clip she talks about getting older, going shopping at Costco with her teenage daughter and the Erie Canal song she learned in the third grade.

Enjoy!

Comedy Showcase: Cathy Ladman on Her Nephew's Bris, Frankincense and Myrrh

Cathy Ladman is a 63-year-old American stand-up comedian, television writer, and actress. She was featured in her own installment of HBO's One Night Stand comedy series, and has been a guest on The Tonight Show on nine occasions.

We've featured her stand-up comedy four times previously, and now we found a new video clip of her commentary on her nephew's bris, which develops into her description of the scene where a certain baby is presented with a gift of myrrh.

We don't know how old the clip is, but we've seen recent photos of her as a curly blonde. But she's always funny.

Enjoy!

Comedy Showcase: Cathy Ladman on Family and Relationships

We've featured Cathy Ladman's standup comedy a few times on Jewish Humor Central, and whenever we find another video clip of her performing on The Tonight Show, The Late Late Show or in her own comedy special, we try to share it with you.

Cathy's comedy focuses on family, growing up, relationships, and real life from a very personal perspective. The Los Angeles Times put it best "... Ladman has such clever, well-written material and such a breezy, unassuming delivery that it would be easy to overlook just how good she is: Her act seems effortless."

A native New Yorker, now living in Los Angeles, Cathy is successfully pursuing an acting career in television and film.

Enjoy!

Comedy Showcase: Cathy Ladman Does Standup Comedy at Montreal Just For Laughs Festival

As a standup comic, Cathy Ladman draws laughter from exposing personal neuroses. She has appeared on The Tonight Show nine times, and was the only female comic to appear on the last to of Johnny Carson's Tonight Show Anniversary shows.

She's made four appearances on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, did her own HBO One Night Stand comedy special and was awarded the American Comedy Award for Best Female Stand Up Comic.

We've featured Cathy's comedy before in 2011 with two routines on being too Jewish and on growing up. She's one of the rare comedians who put on a generally clean show.

Here's her performance at the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal a few years ago.

Enjoy!
