It's Monday again, and you know what that means. Yep, it's time for another joke to start the week.

The 88-year-old veteran of a childrenswear business has been called the king of deadpan humor for his straight-faced delivery of funny short jokes.

Here's the setup for today's joke:

This couple rented an apartment in the midwest from a Jewish landlord near the railroad station. So the next morning the woman runs in to the landlord and she says "This place is terrible. The train came by and the whole house shook." And then...
