Stephen Colbert's Solution to Proxy Baptism of Jews: Proxy Circumcision of Mormons

Many Jews have been offended by reports that the Mormon church has posthumously converted some 650,000 Jews to Mormonism by proxy baptism, including many Holocaust victims, the parents of Elie Wiesel, and Anne Frank (nine times.)

Last week, Comedy Central's Stephen Colbert came up with a typical Colbertian response. Why complain about these proxy conversions when an easier, more egalitarian solution is obvious? Proxy conversion of dead Mormons to Judaism. How? By proxy circumcision, of course.

Here's the video clip of Colbert's solution.  Enjoy!

  1. I enjoy satire just as much as the next guy, but I believe this one is in bad taste. Not right to pick on a people that can not speak up for themselves

    1. The ones who cannot speak for themselves are the victims of Mormonic-moronic-posthum-"baptism". Abused and killed for their religion, this act is the ultimate atrocity and so grossly bad taste, it's beyond belief... So this show and this satire is simply great! What can you do if some people desecrate the beloved dead ones of another faith they seem to disregard? Tell them to stop? Right! That would be oil on their fires.. so, the only way is proxy circumcision really!!!

  4. This idea of proxy circumcision was found on a parchment under a rock and only Steve Colbert could read it.
